Report from Bishampton Tiddlers

I have received a letter from Mrs A Belcher asking me to provide you with a report regarding the Bishampton Tiddlers for the Parish Council AGM.

I can confirm that the Bishampton Tiddlers are continuing to meet at the Village Hall on Tuesday and Friday mornings. The Tuesday sessions are well attended by Mothers and Toddlers from the village and surrounding areas, including several Mothers from Pershore. The Friday sessions are not so well attended and we are currently assessing whether it is viable for us to continue to operate on Fridays.

As you are aware, we purchased a new playhouse for the outdoor play area at the rear of the Village Hall last year with the Parish Council's assistance. I am pleased to report that the playhouse has been widely used by the Toddler Group and also by other children visiting the hall.

We held a Nearly New sale in March which was very well supported and managed to raise adequate funds for the Group.

Whilst the group continues to be well supported by local Mothers, we are experiencing difficulties with the Friday sessions, and would appreciate being considered for any future funding which may become available from the Parish Council.

I trust the above is satisfactory, however, if you require any further information please contact me.
